The Hammer Series is a revolutionary new road cycling format, created in
2017, and is officially sanctioned by the UCI.
Traditional cycling races have individual riders as stage and classification
winners but the Hammer Series is all about teams, deciding the best team in cycling.
In 2018, the Hammer Series is made up of three races in Stavanger (Norway),
Limburg (Netherlands) and Hong Kong, usually over three racing days but employing a special one-day
format in Hong Kong. Each day is a different discipline: the Hammer Climb, Hammer Sprint and Hammer
The Hammer Climb and Hammer Sprint are points races in which riders attempt to
win points for their team.
Each team’s finishing positions from days one and two are combined to determine
their starting place on day three’s Hammer Chase, a team pursuit against the clock.
Velon's on-bike cameras filmed the races from within the professional peloton
and thanks to the Kinomap indoor training application, you can now relive the action with a level of
realism that will make you feel like you're a part of the race.

To participate in the challenge, simply download the Kinomap mobile application
and subscribe to the service for a month - without commitment - and access the Hammer Series videos.

Each indoor event (Climb, Sprint, Chase) is an effort of approximately 30
minutes and the goal is to follow and, if you’re able to, exceed the pace. Other participants will
be present in real time during multiplayer sessions.
During each session, participants can view the selected video along with the
accompanying power output (in watts), as well as other data metrics such as speed, gradient,

DO I HAVE TO RIDE ALL THE “HAMMER SERIES ON KINOMAP”
There is no obligation to complete all the training or races sessions, but the

drawn (Home Trainer and exercise bike) to win a prize.
